Beauty Obsessed: January Detox with Champneys

I hope you are having a wonderful month even though it is so cold in London! As a New Year's resolution I decided to find some time every month for myself and relax. This month I have been loving the products from Champneys as not only are they beautifully packaged, they smell gorgeous and are perfect for a pamper evening!

I like to start my evening by lighting some candles, playing my favourite music and a hot bath. I pour this Indulgent Bubble Heaven into the bath and enjoy! It has a lovely, sweet smell, which fills the bathroom, creating a SPA atmosphere at home. I must say, I am loving the packaging, the design is gorgeous and makes the products look quite sophisticated, if you know what I mean :)

You cannot have a relaxing evening without a proper scrub. This thick, creamy scrub is divine! It has medium grains, so it us not too harsh on the skin but it still exfoliates very well. I massage it on the wet skin in circular motion to get rid of any dead skin cells. The smell is quite sweet and fruity, so lovely to brighten the cold winter days and ideal for the summer. I used this scrub twice a week and it left my skin feeling smooth, soft and smelling beautifully. Remember not to use this scrub after shaving your legs as it is a salt scrub so it may irritate your skin.

Lately I have been loving Pillow Mists and I tend to use them almost every evening as they make the cushions and bed linen smell divine and just make evenings more relaxing. What I found is that the more components you have the better your pampering session will be. This pillow mist is made with my favourite ingredients - lavender, geranium and camomile, which have calming effect on body and mind. What I liked about it, is that the scent is quite long lasting so it stays with you until you fall asleep. I am a fan!
