Beauty Obsessed: Nu Skin Review & Giveaway

I am so excited to review Nu Skin and Epoch once again, as I am a big fan of body care and wellness. The products that I selected work amazingly, especially when used together. I know we all live super fast paced lives, but we should ensure that we dedicate one evening a week just to ourselves. I suggest you do it with Nu Skin and Epoch products as they are really effective and work wonders!

The most important thing about spa evenings is the atmosphere and the surroundings. Turn off all the main lights, and leave soft lights in your bathroom and bedroom. Light up your favorite scented candle, make yourself a hot tea, put your towel on a radiator and jump into a warm shower.

Start your routine by slowly massaging your body in circular motions with the Epoch Polishing Bar. It it is a solid soap free exfoliating bar which removes excess skin, dirt and oil. The bar gently polishes the skin, and the woody fragrance helps to relax your body and mind. It is filled with 30+ skin - beneficial ingredients which help to condition and nourish the skin. Nu Skin Liquid Body Bar

Follow with an uplifting, aromatic liquid body bar from Nu Skin. This soap bar smells like grapefruit which really entices your senses, and gives you energy. It is also soap free, and helps to remove the excess dirt, oil and impurities. You can use it either after the Epoch Polishing Bar or even on its own. It is cleansing as well as hydrating so it really is a ideal product if you have dry skin. Available from Nu Skin Website, £12.18.

Once you wash off all the products, leave the shower and pat dry your skin with a warm towel. Apply the Glacial Marine Mud all over your body, and wait for 15 minutes for it to dry and draw out dirt, impurities and dead skin cells from the skin. The clay mask is filled with sea botanicals and glacial marine mud which helps to cleanse the skin and revitalise it. Once dry wash it off with lukewarm water and once again pat dry your skin to prepare it for the moisturiser. Available from Nu Skin Website, £25.28.

Once your skin is dry apply the Nu Skin Body Smoother in circular motion. It is scentless so it will not distract your body and mind. It contains a rich blend of aloe vera, and additional ingredients which nourish and hydrate your skin. The formula is very light, and does not leave a greasy film on your skin.
